About The Position

As a cashier at EMR’s Gulfport, Mississippi site, you will support daily yard operations by paying out tickets and interacting with customers. The role involves managing cash and check balances, entering transaction data, maintaining transaction files, and providing customer service to dealers, vendors, and customers.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Personal computer experience.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written form.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, physical, and drug screening.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Two years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting of all cash and check balances.
• Provide excellent customer service to dealers, vendors, and customers.
• Input transaction data into manufacturing software.
• Maintain files associated with transactions.
• Pay out customer tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
