About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to provide mobile personal training in clients’ homes, offices, and other organizations. The role offers flexible scheduling, with part-time to full-time options, and compensation of $30–$50 per hour plus performance bonuses. Trainers receive clients through the GYMGUYZ brand and work without gym rent or sales quotas. The company provides paid onboarding, ongoing development, and opportunities to grow into Master Trainer and leadership roles. The specialist designs and delivers personalized training, reassesses clients’ progress, manages scheduling and client communications through mobile and web apps, and motivates clients toward their fitness goals. The role involves travel between training sessions and collaboration with the GYMGUYZ team. Trainers are expected to represent the company’s DRIVE values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Hold current CPR/AED certification.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
Conduct client reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Manage the training schedule efficiently.
Motivate clients, track their results, and celebrate their progress.
Collaborate with the GYMGUYZ team.
