About The Position

Averhealth is hiring a part-time Female Drug Screening Representative to support people working toward recovery. The role collects and processes urine samples, maintains accurate records, and treats patients with respect, dignity, and professionalism. It is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth. The position covers Elkton, Russellville, Scottsville, Franklin, and Bowling Green, Kentucky. The primary worksite may vary based on operational needs, and regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45-mile radius may be required. The role is about 25 hours per week, with flexibility needed for varying shifts due to random testing needs. Schedules are provided approximately one month in advance. The listed rotating schedule includes two days per week covering Elkton, Russellville, and Scottsville, with a midday break, and two days per week in Bowling Green.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Flexibility for varying shifts due to random testing needs.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients at the testing center.
Conduct observed urine collections with female patients complying with probation, participating in drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirements.
Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with company and legal standards.
Provide coverage at secondary sites within a 45-mile radius when required.
