About The Position

Averhealth’s mission is to help people achieve lasting recovery. The company partners with courts, treatment programs, and social service agencies to provide drug testing and monitoring services. The Female Drug Screening Representative supports individuals on their path to recovery by collecting and processing urine samples, maintaining accurate records, and treating each patient with respect, dignity, and professionalism. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

The role is part-time, approximately 14 hours per week, and covers Newport, Williamstown, and Owenton, Kentucky. The primary worksite may vary based on operational needs, and regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45-mile radius may be required. Shifts may vary to accommodate random testing needs. Schedules are provided approximately one month in advance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility for varying shifts due to random testing needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients at the testing center.
• Conduct observed urine collections with female patients complying with probation, participating in drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirements.
• Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company and legal standards.
