About The Position

The Female Drug Screening Representative supports individuals on their path to recovery by collecting and processing urine samples, maintaining accurate records, and treating each patient with respect, dignity, and professionalism. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth within the company. The position covers Falmouth, Cynthiana, Carlisle, Paris, and Georgetown, Kentucky. The primary worksite may vary based on operational needs, and regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45-mile radius may be required.

This part-time position is approximately 17.5 hours per week. It requires flexibility for varying shifts due to random testing needs. The schedule includes two days per week from 7:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. covering Falmouth, Cynthiana, and Carlisle, and two days per week from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. covering Paris and Georgetown. Schedules are provided approximately one month in advance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility for varying shifts due to random testing needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients at the testing center.
• Conduct observed urine collections with female patients complying with probation, completing drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirements.
• Prepare collected specimens for shipment to the Averhealth laboratory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company and legal standards.
• Provide coverage at secondary sites within a 45-mile radius as operational needs require.
