About The Position

The Female Drug Screening Representative supports individuals on their path to recovery by collecting and processing urine samples, maintaining accurate records, and treating patients with respect, dignity, and professionalism. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company. The primary worksite may vary based on operational needs, and regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45-mile radius may be required. This part-time position is under 20 hours per week. The employee must be available seven days per week and flexible for varying shifts due to random testing needs. The preferred schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:20 a.m.–9:15 a.m., with one or two occasional evening shifts from 4:50 p.m.–7:15 p.m. Rotating weekend and holiday hours are 6:20 a.m.–9:45 a.m. Schedules are provided approximately one month in advance.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Availability seven days per week, with flexibility for varying shifts, rotating weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients at the testing center.
Conduct observed urine collections with female patients who are complying with probation, completing drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirements.
Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company and legal standards.
Provide coverage at secondary sites within a 45-mile radius as operational needs require.
