About The Position

The Female Drug Screening Representative supports individuals on their path to recovery by collecting and processing urine samples, maintaining accurate records, and treating each patient with respect, dignity, and professionalism. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company. The role is based primarily in Brockton, Massachusetts, with coverage in Attleboro twice per month. The primary worksite may vary based on operational needs, and regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45-mile radius may be required. The position involves travel of up to 25%. The typical schedule is 35–40 hours per week, generally Monday through Friday from 9:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., with some weekend shifts from 8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Flexibility for varying shifts due to random testing needs is required. Schedules are provided approximately one month in advance. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility for varying shifts due to random testing needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients at the testing center.
• Conduct observed urine collections with female patients who are complying with probation, completing drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirements.
• Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company and legal standards.
