Female Drug Screening Representative (Full-Time)
About The Position
The Female Drug Screening Representative supports individuals on their path to recovery by collecting and processing urine samples, maintaining accurate records, and treating each patient with respect, dignity, and professionalism. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company. The primary worksite may vary based on operational needs, and regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45-mile radius may be required. The role is based in Greenfield, Massachusetts, and includes travel of up to 25%. The position typically works 35–40 hours per week. Primary hours are Monday through Friday, 8:45 a.m.–5:15 p.m., with some weekend shifts from 8:45 a.m.–12:15 p.m. Flexibility for varying shifts is required due to random testing needs. Schedules are provided approximately one month in advance. Pay is $18.00 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility for varying shifts, including some weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients at the testing center.
- Conduct observed urine collections with female patients complying with probation, completing drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirements.
- Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company and legal standards.
- Provide regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45-mile radius when required.
