About The Position

Sugarman Health and Wellbeing is a nationwide care provider delivering person-centred care in the community to help people live as independently and safely as possible. As a Care Assistant, you will help clients maintain independence and dignity in their own homes by providing emotional and physical support, assistance with daily living tasks, and companionship. Training and ongoing support are provided, and the role offers flexible working patterns and career development opportunities.

Requirements

• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to help others; prior experience is not required.
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
• Right to work in the UK.
• An enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
• An up-to-date CV with full work history.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with light domestic tasks.
• Administer medication.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Encourage clients to pursue hobbies and interests and maintain daily routines.
