Female Care Assistant

Cera Care•Montrose, CO

About The Position

myCare Tayside is recruiting a Care Assistant to provide practical support to vulnerable people in Montrose and the surrounding areas. The role involves helping clients with daily tasks, including meal preparation, personal care, medication support, shopping and housekeeping. Companionship, reassurance and helping clients make the most of their day are also important parts of the work. No previous professional care experience is required. Full, comprehensive in-house training and support are provided, and prior care experience is helpful. The role is subject to a PVG check, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Care staff in Scotland must register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC), maintain their registration and complete annual renewal.
