About The Position

This remote consulting engagement is for experienced Federal Staff Reporting Analysts contributing to an AI-training and federal-reporting evaluation project through 24-MAG LLC. The work involves creating and refining authentic federal and military reporting materials, developing reference responses and reporting artifacts, grading written submissions, and helping establish evaluation standards for AI-generated staff reporting. No prior AI experience is required. The analyst will produce materials such as Weekly Action Reports (WARs), Situation Reports (SITREPs), after-action summaries, executive briefings, status and compliance reports, memos, and presentations. They will apply appropriate federal terminology, structure, tone, reporting conventions, and documentation standards, while maintaining factual accuracy, clarity, and audience suitability. They will also create reference responses and input artifacts from prompts and source documentation, and develop or refine grading rubrics and task criteria. The role includes reviewing submissions for clarity, accuracy, completeness, compliance, and adherence to reporting conventions; identifying weaknesses; and providing structured written feedback. Analysts will use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, collaborate remotely with project leads and reviewers through feedback cycles, and handle sensitive reporting contexts professionally. Work must not use classified, controlled, confidential, or proprietary information belonging to an employer, government agency, client, institution, or other third party. Project scope, workload, reporting formats, and evaluation criteria may evolve with project requirements. The engagement is an independent contractor opportunity, remote and limited to the United States, with compensation of $40–$80 per hour.
