It defines customer authorization and onboarding, backend activation and deactivation, connected-feature behavior, fleet telematics and remote-command capabilities, OTA deployment policies, and software-update governance. The role also verifies supplier compliance and validates signal mappings, telemetry, status reporting, cloud integrations, and regulatory and customer-experience requirements. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work four or more days per week. The salary range is $86,600–$166,200, with salary grade and base salary determined by skills, experience, job scope, responsibility, and market value. Visa sponsorship is unavailable; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
