About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is hiring a full-time Farm Associate for its East Location in Great Falls, Montana. The role contributes to the customer experience through outstanding service, generating sales, suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, keeping the department clean and organized, and safeguarding company assets. The associate should be authentic, enthusiastic, committed to customer service, and comfortable working collaboratively or independently. The position requires availability for scheduled shifts during store business hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Schedules may include weekends and certain holidays and require flexibility to meet business needs.

Physical ability to lift and carry 0–25 lbs. continuously, 25–45 lbs. frequently, and 45–65 lbs. occasionally; team lift anything over 65 lbs.
Ability to spend 100% of work time on your feet, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of fencing, livestock handling, stock tanks, and tractor implements.
Previous merchandising experience.
