Conventional Fishing Associate (East Location)
About The Position
North 40 Outfitters is hiring a full-time Conventional Fishing Associate at its East Location in Great Falls, Montana. The associate contributes to the customer experience by providing outstanding customer service, generating sales, suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department, and safeguarding company assets. The role requires working scheduled shifts within the store’s business hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shifts may include weekends and certain holidays, and scheduling may vary based on business needs. The position is spent entirely on your feet and involves ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks, as well as regular lifting and carrying.

- Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques.
- Ability to lift and carry 0–25 lbs. continuously, 25–45 lbs. frequently, and 45–65 lbs. occasionally, and to team lift anything over 65 lbs.
- Ability to spend 100% of work time on your feet, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
- Availability to work scheduled shifts within the stated store hours, including weekends and certain holidays, with flexibility based on business needs.
