About The Position

The Sales Outfitter performs selling and customer service activities, including greeting and acknowledging customers promptly and courteously, handling merchandise with care, and providing customers with information, assistance, and direction. The role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and aims to provide a pleasant, productive shopping experience. The associate helps customers make buying decisions by identifying and evaluating their needs, recommending products, and promoting programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent experience.
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change for customers.
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and associates.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale register system.
Ability to stand and/or walk constantly during the shift and meet the listed physical demands.

Responsibilities

Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
Handle merchandise with care and provide customers with information, assistance, and direction.
Demonstrate products to customers.
Replenish and restock products according to merchandising guidelines.
Maintain product expertise through ongoing product knowledge training.
Stay informed about advertised sales and maintain pricing and signage.
Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
Keep the work area clean, neat, and well stocked with supplies.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Identify and evaluate customers’ needs and make product recommendations.
Promote programs, including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
Perform other duties as assigned.
