Conventional Fishing Associate (East Location)
About The Position
North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, Montana, is hiring a full-time Conventional Fishing Associate for its East Location. The associate contributes to the customer experience by providing outstanding customer service, generating sales, suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department, and safeguarding company assets. The role requires availability for scheduled shifts during store business hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shifts may include weekends and certain holidays, with scheduling flexibility based on business needs.

- Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques.
- Physical ability to lift and carry 0–25 lbs. continuously, 25–45 lbs. frequently, and 45–65 lbs. occasionally; team lift anything over 65 lbs.
- Ability to spend 100% of work time on feet, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
- Availability to work scheduled shifts during store business hours, including weekends and certain holidays, with flexibility based on business needs.
