The Family Support Partner (FSP) is a key member of the Community Based Behavioral Health and Prevention Services team. This role provides education, guidance, and support to families of children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing mental health challenges, helping them navigate complex social, legal, educational, and healthcare systems. Following completion of training and orientation, the FSP delivers family-to-family support through advocacy, coaching, education, and resource coordination. Responsibilities include providing accurate information, connecting families to appropriate services and referrals, and ensuring ongoing follow-up to support families in accessing and sustaining needed care.
