About The Position

At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Family Partner based in Goldsboro, NC, who will provide support across Wayne, Wilson, and Lenoir counties as part of our Mobile Crisis Team. Your Role in Our Mission As a Family Partner, you’ll use your personal experience raising a child who has received behavioral health services to connect, empower, and advocate for families. Working as part of a mobile crisis team, you’ll provide understanding, emotional support, and practical strategies that strengthen family stability and resilience—helping parents and caregivers feel supported and capable during their most difficult moments. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services field
  • A minimum of two years of crisis experience with MH/DD/SA population.
  • Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a good driving record.
