About The Position

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Family Partner based in Goldsboro, NC, to provide support across Wayne, Wilson, and Lenoir counties as part of their Mobile Crisis Team. This role utilizes personal lived experience of raising a child who has received behavioral health services to connect with, empower, and advocate for families. The Family Partner will offer understanding, emotional support, and practical strategies to strengthen family stability and resilience during times of crisis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services field
• A minimum of two years of crisis experience with MH/DD/SA population.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across Wayne, Wilson, and Lenoir counties as part of a Mobile Crisis Team.

• Help parents and caregivers feel supported and capable during difficult moments.
