About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers in Burlington, New Jersey. This is a full-time, outpatient primary care position serving a diverse and underserved patient population in a mission-driven community health setting. The role involves providing full-scope outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan, evaluating, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, coordinating specialty referrals, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. Dedicated administrative time is provided for documentation, care coordination, and patient follow-up.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
  • Current New Jersey Nurse Practitioner licensure or eligibility.
  • Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
  • Experience providing outpatient primary care.
  • Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Comfort serving diverse and underserved patient populations.
  • Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
