About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for The Primary Health Network in Lewistown, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time outpatient primary care position for a Family Nurse Practitioner. The role involves providing comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, evaluating, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic medical conditions. The practitioner will practice with clinical autonomy while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and support personnel, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. The position participates in a quality-focused practice model with performance-based incentive potential.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner License.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility.
• Ability to provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient education skills.
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
