About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for The Primary Health Network in New Castle, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time outpatient primary care position serving patients of all ages. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic medical conditions with an emphasis on preventive care and wellness. The Nurse Practitioner will practice collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and clinical support personnel, maintaining accurate documentation and delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care within a quality-focused practice model. Requirements

  • Current Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner License.
  • Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
  • Ability to provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient education skills.
  • Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
