About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Community Health Programs, Inc. in Lee, Massachusetts. This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages within a community-focused practice. The physician will diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, preventive care, and wellness services across the lifespan, developing long-term patient relationships while promoting preventive medicine and chronic disease management. Collaboration with behavioral health providers, nursing, care coordinators, and specialty physicians is key to delivering integrated care. The position includes participation in a limited shared call rotation with one weekend approximately every eight weeks, for which an additional call stipend is provided. The physician will practice within an established outpatient clinic supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff.

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.
  • Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan.
  • Commitment to preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative practice skills.
  • New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
