About The Position
Corpus Christi Family Medical Center, part of ASAS Health (powered by Alpine Physician Partners), is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care to a senior population. The role is designed around a manageable patient panel, ample appointment time, clinical and administrative support, and a value-based care model focused on keeping patients healthy. The practitioner will work with medical assistants, care coordinators, and clinical pharmacy support to close care gaps and improve outcomes. The practice uses athenaOne EMR with AI documentation tools. Compensation includes a base salary and a variable incentive bonus based on a combination of personal productivity and quality measures.
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- ANCC or AANP certification.
- Meet ASAS credentialing standards.
