Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
About The Position
The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Easthampton, MA. This is a brand-new role designed for provider sustainability and clinical quality, allowing the practitioner to help shape the structure of the position. The role offers zero inheritance of patient panels, an "anti-burnout" schedule of Monday-Friday with no evenings, weekends, or routine on-call duties, and protected time for administrative tasks and charting. The position involves community-based care with dedicated MA/RN support, embedded behavioral health colleagues, and visible medical leadership. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, including chronic disease management and preventative education, with the autonomy to practice evidence-based medicine within a supportive, multidisciplinary regional care team.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree with FNP Certification.
- Valid MA APRN license.
- Strong judgment.
- Passion for community-based, patient-centered care.
