About The Position

We're hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants a predictable outpatient schedule, manageable patient volume, and meaningful community impact. You'll step into an outpatient primary care role providing care to patients of all ages. You'll work alongside a collaborative care team with strong administrative support and dedicated charting time. You'll practice in Chesterton, Indiana, with access to beautiful Lake Michigan beaches, scenic state parks, excellent local schools, and a welcoming community that offers an exceptional quality of life.

Requirements

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Enjoy providing primary care to patients of all ages
• Comfortable practicing in both autonomous and collaborative clinical settings
• Value community-focused, team-based outpatient care
