About The Position
We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants a predictable outpatient schedule, manageable patient volume, and meaningful community impact. You’ll step into a clinical or outpatient role focused on primary care for patients of all ages. You will work with strong administrative support and a collaborative care team. Requirements
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Enjoy providing primary care to an all-ages patient population
- Comfortable with autonomous and collaborative clinical environments
- Value community-focused, team-based outpatient care
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to patients of all ages.
- Work in a clinical or outpatient role.

- Utilize an established EMR system.
