About The Position
We're hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants flexibility, meaningful patient relationships, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in Northern New Hampshire. You'll step into an outpatient clinical role caring for patients of all ages. You'll enjoy a flexible full-time or part-time schedule, protected administrative time, and the support of an experienced interdisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner.

Nice To Haves
- 3 years of direct primary care experience preferred.
- Experience with AthenaPractice EMR (transitioning to AthenaOne).
Responsibilities
- Outpatient clinical role caring for patients of all ages.
- 80% clinical and 20% administrative time.
- See approximately 2 patients per hour.
- Provide strong clinical autonomy with excellent support staff.
