About The Position
Join Deaconess Emergency Medicine as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Emergency Department. The role provides emergency and primary care services under the supervision of an ED physician. This is a full-time position listed as 72 hours per pay period.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- ACLS certification.
- BLS certification.
- PALS certification.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Emergency Department experience.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat Emergency Department patients.
- Perform clinical procedures, such as suturing, casting, and wound care.
- Collaborate with the Emergency Department team and consult physicians as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date emergency medicine skills and ensure patient safety.
