About The Position
An established walk-in, non-emergency urgent care clinic in Lenoir, North Carolina, is seeking a physician to care for patients of all ages. The clinic sees approximately 40–50 patients per full shift and has multiple providers and full support staff. There is no on-call status. The facility has an onsite CLIA- and COLA-approved lab and full-body digital X-ray capabilities. The EMR is Experity. The schedule is described as Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., and Saturday–Sunday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with alternating work patterns listed as “M-T on W-Thur off F-Sat-Sun on M-T off W-Thur on F-Sat-Sun off.”
Requirements
- Active Tennessee state license.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
- Active DEA registration.
- DOT certification, or willingness to become DOT certified.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Registered with CAQH.
