About The Position
Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is hiring a Family Medicine physician in San Diego. The San Diego service area includes a main medical center, about 25 satellite offices, and more than 1,100 physicians. Physicians work in an integrated, collaborative environment with team-based personal and clinical support. The organization supports physician well-being, workforce cohesion, and patient engagement, and offers educational and research opportunities, including residency programs, fellowships, and participation in clinical studies and trials. The position includes a comprehensive benefits and longevity-based compensation package. Physicians may become SCPMG partners/owners after three consecutive years of full-time employment or six consecutive years of part-time employment.
