About The Position

Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is hiring a Family Medicine physician in San Diego. SCPMG offers a comprehensive benefits and longevity-based compensation package intended to enable physicians to focus on providing exceptional patient care. Physicians may become a Partner/Owner of SCPMG after three consecutive years of full-time employment or six consecutive years of part-time employment. Partnership includes increased benefits, such as compensation, retirement, and life insurance, as well as voting rights on organizational decisions.

The San Diego service area includes more than 1,100 physicians and approximately 25 satellite offices in addition to its main medical center. Its culture emphasizes physician well-being, a cohesive and energized workforce, and patient engagement in overall health. Physicians receive team-based personal support and clinical assistance. Educational and research opportunities are offered and supported, including residency programs, fellowships, and participation in clinical studies and trials.
