About The Position

At Denova, our Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) are at the forefront of integrated healthcare, delivering comprehensive, family-centered care across all stages of life. As a key member of our team, you will work autonomously and alongside other healthcare professionals, utilizing a whole-person approach that seamlessly blends primary care, behavioral health, addiction medicine, and wellness strategies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in nursing.
• Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner licensure
• Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with current DEA and ANCC certifications.
• Experience using electronic medical records.
• Current BLS and a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
• 1–3 years of Family Practice, Primary Care, or related Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Prior experience in an integrated care setting is a plus

• Perform thorough exams and evaluations to diagnose and monitor health concerns.
• Utilize your expertise to prescribe medications effectively and safely.
• Lead healthcare initiatives and manage patient care with autonomy.
