Requirements

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
Active Arizona license or the ability to obtain one
Valid DEA registration
Current BLS certification
Passionate about serving underserved and culturally diverse communities

Nice To Haves

Ambulatory care experience
Multilingual skills in Navajo or Spanish
