About The Position

We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants a stable weekday schedule, strong benefits, and the opportunity to provide meaningful primary care across the lifespan. You’ll step into an outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages with the support of an established clinical team. Your primary location will be Sandy Lake with additional coverage at the Sheakleyville site. You'll practice in a welcoming rural community where you can build lasting patient relationships while making a meaningful impact across multiple communities.

Requirements

• Family Nurse Practitioner with clear, active Pennsylvania and Ohio licensure.
• Comfortable caring for patients of all ages.
• Comfortable working from both the Sandy Lake and Sheakleyville sites.
• Value community-based primary care and team support.
• Motivated to achieve quality and productivity goals.
