About The Position

We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Page, Arizona who wants meaningful community impact, schedule flexibility, and strong long-term benefits. You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role serving patients of all ages in a close-knit desert community on the southern shore of Lake Powell. This role allows you to practice evidence-based medicine while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team and making a lasting difference in an underserved population.

Requirements

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
Active Arizona license or the ability to obtain one
Valid DEA registration
BLS certification
Passionate about serving underserved and culturally diverse communities
Collaborate well with interdisciplinary care teams

Nice To Haves

Two years of ambulatory care experience
Multilingual skills in Navajo or Spanish

Responsibilities

Practice evidence-based medicine
