Family Medicine Physician- Columbia City
About The Position
Parkview Physicians Group is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join its established practice in Columbia City, Indiana. The office is located at 1270 E. S.R. 205, Ste. 210, in the Medical Office Building attached to the hospital. The practice expects the physician to see approximately 20 patients per day. Call is light, with a 1:5 rotation, and a call center supports manageable call and work/life balance. Regular practice hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office opens at 7 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and stays open until 7 p.m. on Monday and Thursday. The physician will join a group of physicians and nurse practitioners providing primary care to families throughout northeast Indiana.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide family medicine and primary care to patients and families.
- See an expected volume of approximately 20 patients per day.
- Participate in the 1:5 call rotation.
