About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization serving underserved and uninsured patient populations in the greater Los Angeles area. This outpatient role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a multidisciplinary team committed to improving healthcare access and outcomes. Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree required.
• Completion of or current enrollment in a Family Medicine residency program required.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive care visits, follow-ups, and routine health maintenance.
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with clinical support staff and specialists as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive health, and disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
