About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem Family Medicine Physician to support clinics in the Chicago suburbs, including Deerfield, Skokie - Old Orchard, and Oak Brook Promenade. This casual, hourly clinician role involves 8–23 patient care hours per week and is benefits-ineligible. The physician will see a broad range of patient needs, providing acute, chronic, and well visits; this is not a panel-building role. Care is delivered in-office, with occasional telehealth visits. The role includes collaboration with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, as well as opportunities to perform in-office procedures. Skokie - Old Orchard has Saturday shifts.

The hourly rate is $120.00. Starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule, and additional pay may be determined for candidates who exceed the stated qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package may also include benefits.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in Illinois.
• Board certification.
• Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively one-on-one and in groups.

Responsibilities
