About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem Family Medicine Physician to support its Chicago suburbs clinics, including Deerfield, Skokie - Old Orchard, and Oak Brook Promenade. This casual employee role involves 8–23 patient care hours per week and is benefits-ineligible. The physician will see patients with a broad range of needs, providing acute, chronic, and well visits; this is not a panel-building role. Care is delivered in-office and occasionally through telehealth, with ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams. Providers use their clinical training and may perform in-office procedures. The role is hourly, with a stated rate of $120 per hour. Skokie - Old Orchard has Saturday shifts. The work schedule may change based on business direction.

Requirements

At least 2 years of primary care experience.
Currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in Illinois.
Board certification.
Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively one-on-one and in groups.

Responsibilities

See patients with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits.

Use clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
