About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem, hourly clinician to support its Chicago suburbs clinics, including Deerfield, Skokie–Old Orchard, and Oak Brook Promenade. The role involves 8–23 patient-care hours per week and is classified as a casual employee position. It is benefits-ineligible, although eligible sick-time PTO is provided in accordance with local requirements. Skokie–Old Orchard has Saturday shifts available, and work schedules may change based on business direction. The clinician will see patients with a broad range of needs, providing acute, chronic, and wellness care rather than building a patient panel. Care is delivered in-office and occasionally through telehealth. The role includes collaboration with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, as well as using clinical training to perform in-office procedures when appropriate. The hourly pay range is $67.00 per hour. Starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient-care schedule, and additional pay may be determined for candidates who exceed the stated qualifications and requirements. The posting also describes benefits available to regular team members working 24 or more hours per week, but this casual position is identified as benefits-ineligible. Casual/per-diem/locums providers receive malpractice insurance coverage, an UpToDate subscription, and a One Medical-issued laptop.
