About The Position

One Medical is a primary care solution focused on making quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. It offers in-office and 24/7 virtual care, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns. One Medical joined Amazon in February 2023 and aims to improve health outcomes while building a diverse, driven, and empathetic team. This casual, per diem, hourly clinician role supports One Medical clinics in the Chicago suburbs, including Deerfield, Skokie–Old Orchard, and Oak Brook Promenade. The position involves 8–23 patient-care hours per week and is benefits-ineligible. Providers see a broad range of patient needs through acute, chronic, and well visits; this is not a panel-building role. Care is delivered in-office, with occasional telehealth visits. Providers collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, use their clinical training, and may perform in-office procedures. The hourly pay range is $67.00 per hour. Starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient-care schedule, and additional pay may be available for candidates who exceed the stated qualifications and requirements. Skokie–Old Orchard has Saturday shifts available.
