About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem, hourly clinician to provide primary care in its Chicago clinics. This is a casual employee role with 8–23 patient-care hours per week and is not a panel-building position. The clinician will see patients with a broad range of needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive care, in the office and occasionally through telehealth. The role includes collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams, as well as opportunities to perform in-office procedures. The position supports clinics in Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, The Loop, Fulton Market, and River North; Saturday shifts are available at Lincoln Park. One Medical describes itself as a primary care solution providing in-office and 24/7 virtual care, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns. It joined Amazon in February 2023 and states its mission is to transform healthcare and improve health outcomes. The hourly rate is $67.00. Starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient-care schedule, and additional pay may be determined for candidates who exceed the stated qualifications and requirements. The position is benefits-ineligible, though the posting notes that the total compensation package may include benefits and specifies certain role provisions.
