About The Position

One Medical is a primary care organization focused on making quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. It provides in-office and 24/7 virtual care, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns. One Medical joined Amazon in February 2023.

This casual, per diem hourly clinician role involves 8–23 patient care hours per week across the Cleveland area. The physician sees patients with a broad range of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits; this is not a panel-building role. Care is provided in the office and occasionally through telehealth. The physician collaborates with in-office teammates during daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, uses their clinical training, and may perform in-office procedures. The role is benefits-ineligible, with sick time PTO eligibility in accordance with local requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Current license or ability to obtain licensure in Ohio.
• Board certification.
• Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively one-on-one and in groups.

Responsibilities

• See patients with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
