About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem Family Medicine Physician as a casual, hourly clinician. The role involves 8–23 patient-care hours per week, with openings across the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Physicians see patients with a broad range of needs, providing acute, chronic, and well visits; this is not a panel-building role. Care is provided in-office, with occasional telehealth visits. The physician collaborates with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, applies their clinical training, and may perform in-office procedures. The role is benefits-ineligible, though listed per diem provider offerings include malpractice insurance, an UpToDate subscription, a One Medical-issued laptop for secure EHR access, and sick time PTO eligibility in accordance with local requirements. The hourly rate is $123.00. Starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient-care schedule, and additional pay may be determined for candidates who exceed the specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package may also include benefits.
