About The Position
We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Valparaiso, Indiana who wants to combine meaningful patient care with academic involvement—without sacrificing work-life balance. You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on chronic disease management, preventive services, and whole-person care. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you’ll serve as faculty in a Physician Residency Program, mentoring and guiding the next generation of physicians while maintaining professional autonomy.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine, MD or DO
- Completed residency training
- Passionate about serving underserved populations
- Comfortable supervising residents and clinic patients
- Value structured processes and quality improvement
- Thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment
Responsibilities
- Outpatient clinical role focused on chronic disease management, preventive services, and whole-person care.
- Serve as faculty in a Physician Residency Program, mentoring and guiding the next generation of physicians.
- Supervising residents and clinic patients.
- Maintaining professional autonomy.
- Leadership and guideline development opportunities.
