Requirements

• Board Certified Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO)
• Completed an accredited residency program
• Hold or can obtain an Indiana medical license
• Comfortable managing preventive, acute, and chronic care
• Value whole-person, team-based medicine

Responsibilities

• Preventive care
• Chronic disease management
• Whole-person medicine
• Outpatient-focused care with structured hospital oversight
• Teaching residents and students
• Leadership and clinical guideline development
