About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem, hourly Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support its Cedar Hills clinic in Beaverton, Oregon. The role involves 16–24 patient-care hours per week and is a casual provider position, not a panel-building role. Providers care for patients with a broad range of needs through acute, chronic, and well visits, primarily in-office, with occasional telehealth visits. The position includes collaboration with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, as well as opportunities to perform in-office procedures. The provider must be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing to support One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. One Medical describes itself as a primary care solution focused on making quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. Its care model includes in-office and 24/7 virtual care, on-site labs, and preventive care, chronic care management, common illness, and mental health programs. One Medical joined Amazon in February 2023 and says it is building a diverse, driven, and empathetic team in an environment where everyone can thrive. The hourly rate is $86. Starting pay may vary based on factors including practice experience and patient-care schedule, and additional pay may be determined for candidates who exceed the stated qualifications. The total compensation package may also include benefits. The stated general benefits eligibility applies to regular team members working 24 or more hours per week; the posting separately lists benefits and resources for casual providers and practicing clinicians.
