About The Position

Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners Lenox Village in Nashville, TN, is seeking an experienced or ambitious Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our established outpatient primary care team. This is an employed position within a nonprofit health system. The practice setting is outpatient, and the role offers full-scope family medicine in a highly supportive environment with 1:1 dedicated Medical Assistant support and reasonable patient volumes (20-25/day). The facility includes 8 exam rooms and an integrated referral network. Ascension is a national nonprofit Catholic health system.

Requirements

• Experienced or ambitious Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Master's degree of Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Practice full-scope family medicine
• Join an established team of 5 physicians and 2 APPs
• Optional call structure
