About The Position

Heartline Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine & Core Faculty Physician for an outstanding academic opportunity in Marion, Indiana. This role combines outpatient Family Medicine with physician education, giving you the opportunity to mentor residents, influence curriculum development, and help shape the future of Family Medicine while enjoying a predictable weekday schedule and exceptional compensation. This physician will serve as Core Faculty within a Family Medicine Residency Program while maintaining clinical responsibilities. The position includes bedside teaching, outpatient clinic supervision, classroom instruction, resident mentorship, curriculum development, and collaboration with residency leadership to strengthen and expand the educational program.

Requirements

• Board Certified Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED
• Passion for Resident Education and Mentorship REQUIRED
• Strong Family Medicine Clinical Skills REQUIRED
• Interest in Academic Medicine REQUIRED
• Ability to Teach in Bedside, Clinic, and Classroom Settings REQUIRED
• Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills REQUIRED
• Collaborative Team-Oriented Practice Style REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

• Curriculum Development Experience Preferred
• Previous Residency Faculty Experience Preferred

Responsibilities
